Ingredients:
- 2 pieces sayote sliced
- 1 sachet Oyster Sauce 30g
- 1 sachet Seasoning granule
- ½ lb ground pork
- 1 piece onion chopped
- 4 cloves garlic crushed and minced
- 2 tbsp cooking oil
- 1 cup of water
- Ground black pepper to taste
Procedure:
- Heat a cooking wok
- Saute onion and garlic until both softens
- Add the ground pork and cook until the meat turns light brown
- Add chayote and cook for 2 to 3 minutes.
- Pour oyster sauce and stir
- Add the water and simmer for 5 minutes
- Season with seasoning granule to taste and add flavor
- Add ground black pepper and make sure not to overcook the sayote
- Transfer to a serving plate. Serve!
