2 ampalaya bitter gourd, sliced into thin pieces
Shrimp head juice (crushed in mortar and pestle)
4 cloves garlic crushed and chopped
3 medium tomato cut into cubes
1 sachet seasoning granules
3 tablespoons cooking oil
8 to 10 pieces of shrimp
2 medium onion sliced
1 tsp black pepper
3 pcs siling haba
1 tbsp fish sauce
1 shrimp cube
Salt to taste
