Sauteed Baguio Beans With Carrot & Ground Pork


Ginisang Baguio beans or Sauteed Greens Beans is a quick and easy recipe. This vegetable dish is often served with plain white rice and produces a complete meal.

Here Is The Complete Ingredients:


Baguio beans, sliced diagonally
1/2 lb. ground pork
1 medium onion, sliced
3 cloves of garlic, minced
3-4 tablespoons soy sauce
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper, cracked
2 tablespoons cooking oil
1 medium-size bell pepper, sliced
1 medium-size carrot, sliced
1 cup of water

Procedure:

1. Boil ground pork in a small amount of water to soften, let dry
2. Add cooking oil
3. Add garlic then saute turning pork to golden brown.
4. Put onion and mix
5. Add soy sauce
6. Put all green beans or Baguio beans and mix
7. Add 1cup water (better if it is hot)
8. Toss sliced carrot and bell pepper then mix well
9. Seasoned with cracked ground black pepper and adjust taste with salt if necessary
10. Mix and cook about 5 minutes
