Bamboo Shoots With Fern

 


Hello Ka-Nations! I just want to share how I cooked this unique vegetable Labong and Pako or Fern with shrimp. Watch the video for the cooking instruction and you will also learn how to peel and slice fresh Labong or bamboo shoot. And below are the ingredients:

Ingedients:

1 kg labong ( bamboo shoot)
¼ kg pako (fern)
4 cups of kakang gata
2 cups of gata 2nd piga
½ tsp powder black pepper
¼ kg. prawn ( fresh)
2 pcs of shrimp cubes
5 pcs green chili
3 cloves garlic
Seasoning
2 onion
Salt
