Cassava Tops In Coconut Cream

In my home town in Bicol, cassava leaves are also eaten not only the root crops, but we cooked it in coconut milk and best taste with grilled fish. In this video learn how I prepare this vegetable recipe.

Ingredients:
A bunch of Cassava Tops
5 cloves garlic
2 medium-sized onions
2 pcs. green chili
1 sachet seasoning granules
1 shrimp cube
1 ½ tablespoon shrimp paste
5 cups of coconut cream (kakang gata)
1 large grilled fish (tilapia or any kind)
